hire for this position will join the technology team as a System Administrator
with strong system administration skills responsible for working as a part of
the technology team to set-up, manage and execute daily database and system
administration tasks, assist with performance engineering and release
configuration efforts and provide technical support for client implementation
and support activities.<br>

Administrator Required Qualifications:<br>

** Have significant experience supporting large MySQL and or Oracle database
environments<br>
o Back-up and recovery<br>
o Query optimization<br>
o Good database programming skills<br>
** Have strong system administration skills with Sun Solaris and Linux
operating system environments. (RHEL is a plus)<br>
o Environment set-up and support<br>
o Infrastructure configuration design<br>
** Are comfortable working with both technical and non-technical client
personnel<br>
o Explaining tasks, concepts and instructions to others<br>
o Troubleshooting technical problems.<br>
o Coordinate multiple activities involving multiple parties<br>
** Strong understanding of build and release configuration processes and
activities<br>
** Are familiar with version control software like SVN and bug tracking
software like<br>
trac<br>
** Good understanding of software development methodologies and software
lifecycle<br>
** Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in addition to superior
time<br>
management skills, are essential<br>
** Bachelor**s Degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience<br>
** Cares about making great software and being part of an engaging team<br>
